CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- "Mayor Rahm Emanuel on Sunday announced plans to open a new city-funded center for early childhood education in the Brighton Park neighborhood.

Emanuel said the Gads Hill Center at 4255 S. Archer Avenue will not only provide additional education resources for children, it can help them get the skills they need to increase their chances of graduating high school and eventually getting jobs."
