Financial Activities For the past several years, Gads Hill has operated on a lean budget. Our budget is balanced and we have had modest surpluses. Our auditors commend us on our fiscal controls. In these challenging times, with financial pressures mounting on the middle class as well as those better- and worse-off, the working class neighborhoods we serve are among the hardest hit. Families need our services more than ever, and yet our supporters have fewer resources to give. We are grateful for your support in these challenging times. The staff and board of Gads Hill are dedicated to the educational success of the next generation. With the generosity of our donors and volunteers, we are helping families celebrate their first college students and build their American dream.
