Josue
Josue is a senior and credits Teen Connection for helping him get accepted at several universities in Illinois as well as obtaining an internship at Mount Sinai Hospital. When he graduates from college, Josue plans on returning to Teen Connection so he can tutor other students and become a role model like those who influenced him.
Karina
Karina is a 10th grade student at Thomas Kelly High School. Karina said, "I'm proud I achieved a lot in Teen Connection. I brought up my grades drastically, and it was very rewarding to be able show my grandparents and my family a good report card and make them proud."
