Xavier Salvado, Director of Youth Services
Mr. Salvado supervises all GHC's school-age afterschool programs, which include Teen Connection, New Horizons, Building Leaders, and Club Learn. He also works together with the Program Quality Specialist on implementing the Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets model across the agency. Mr. Salvado has been with GHC since 2008. He obtained his Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago in June 2008. He has experience as a High School teacher, Adult Education Instructor and Student Coordinator for summer programs at the University of Chicago Community Service Center.
