Barbara Castelln, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Castellán has served in her current capacity as C.E.O. of Gads Hill Center since 1993. During her tenure, Gads Hill has transformed from a drop-in recreational center to an award-winning institution widely known for innovative programs and collaborations. Prior to working at Gads Hill Center, she was the Associate Director/Interim Executive Director of Erie Neighborhood House. Among her civic posts, she currently serves on the P-20 Council of the State of Illinois. She also serves on the Steering Committee of the Coalition for Site Administered Child Care Centers. Ms. Castellán received her MSW from Jane Adams Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Illinois.
