Barbara Castellán, Chief Executive Officer
Barbara Castellán has served as CEO of Gads Hill Center since 1993. During her tenure, Gads Hill has transformed from a drop-in recreational center to an award-winning institution known for innovative programming and collaborations. Prior to Gads Hill, she was the Associate Director/Interim Executive Director of Erie Neighborhood House. Among her civic posts, she serves as co-chair of the Public Services subcommittee of the Mayor's Community Development Advisory Committee. She is Secretary of the Donors Forum Board of Directors and serves on the Steering Committee of the Coalition for Site Administered Child Care Centers. Barbara received her MSW from Jane Addams Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Illinois.
