Debra Jordan Clayton, Treasurer Debra is Vice President for C&IS Global Product & Strategy at Northern Trust, and has co-chaired Northern's United Way Campaign for the past two years. She first connected with Gads Hill at a Community Build during National Financial Services Week. Her board service
